On December 5, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, met with the OSCE Secretary General, Feridun Sinirlioglu, on the sidelines of the Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of cooperation between Tajikistan and the OSCE within the framework of the Organization’s three dimensions — the politico-military, the economic and environmental, and the human dimension. In particular, both sides exchanged views on the situation in the region and in Afghanistan, on issues related to counter terrorism, and on strengthening bilateral cooperation on water and climate matters.
