On January 22, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, received the Director of the Swiss Cooperation Office in the Republic of Tajikistan, Salome Steib.

During the meeting, various aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed, including economic, energy, cultural and migration issues, as well as the implementation of regional projects within the framework of the Swiss Strategy for Central Asia.

The parties also agreed to implement further joint initiatives in the framework of the International High-Level Conference on Glacier Preservation (Dushanbe, on 29-31 May 2025).
